Welcome to H.E.S! A few bits you should know:

Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Free UK shipping on orders over £250. Free international shipping on orders over $300.

  • We process orders Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    Orders placed by 9:00am Tuesday are processed Tuesday and usually collected Wednesday; orders placed by 9:00am Thursday are processed Thursday and usually collected Friday. Tracking follows once it's booked in.

    This only applies to ready stock. Pre-orders will be dispatched on the date stated.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped to the EU and select international destinations, all applicable duties and import taxes are collected at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP). No additional charges will be due on delivery. Affected regions include the European Union, United States, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong, and others. Domestic UK orders are not subject to import duties.

Returns

  • Changed your mind? No problem. Return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • You cover return shipping unless the item’s faulty.

Payments

  • We accept all major cards, Paypal and Shop Pay.

Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and only use your details to process orders and keep you updated (if you opt in).
